After designing we do an FEA analysis (Finite Element Analysis) of the entire model.
This helps us in identifying areas of stress which needs to be addressed by means of design change/additional support.
Apart from MILL certificate we also do material testing to ascertain whether there has been any sort of contamination and the material meets the acceptance standards.
At every stage of our fabrication process we have incorporated 3rd party NDT testing viz.
Visual Testing, Dye-Penetration Testing, Radiography Testing, Ultrasonic Testing.
For reactor or steam coils we do hydrostatic pressure testing.
In addition, we have also introduced WIFI transfer facility in our BMD’s.
This enables user to wirelessly transfer charging data to host pc for analysis.
